The Insurance Doctor Robert Intelisano is the President and Founder of Intelisano & Associates, Inc., a full-service insurance agency since 1999. He leads a team of experienced advisors who provide creative solutions to business owners, high net-worth individuals, and families.[p] Robert assists CPA’s, banks and law firm clients with their group employee benefits, as well as structured settlement analysis and design. He earned his CLU (Certified Life Underwriter) designation in 1995. Also known as “The Insurance Doctor,” Robert assists families, business owners and executives with their life, group health and disability insurance. He earned his CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) designation in 2003 and helps seniors with their Long-Term Care Insurance and Estate Planning. Robert earned his LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship) designation in 1993. [p] He also taught the Advanced Business Planning Course and was Chairman of the Manhattan program from 1997-2000. Robert is a graduate from Lehigh University earning a Batchelor of Science Degree in Marketing. He’s committed to volunteering and contributing to the Multiple Sclerosis and Cancer Society, Ronald McDonald house, UNICO (Italian-American) Service Organization) and special Olympics, to name a few.[p] On a personal note, Robert’s passions include music, sports, food, world travel and is a pizza guru! His two favorite trips include a safari in Botswana South Africa, and escorting his Father to England for his 77th birthday in 2019, to see the NY Yankees beat the Boston Red Sox in the weekend 2-game “London Series.” An accomplished writer, Robert is an influencer who writes a weekly column on insurance and finance called “The Financial Wave” for the Rockaway Wave newspaper and has been on podcasts and numerous Zoom panels as a featured speaker
