I worked in the Indian Navy for 16 years and took premature retirement in the rank of Commander. I then worked in IT and Telecom for another 14 years in senior positions in companies like IBM, TATA Communications, Juniper Networks, Reliance JIO as a Assistant Vice President. Quit my corporate life in March 2019. I later worked for a year as a plant head of a factory producing under water transducers. Last job as an incharge of a small Military hospital for veterans that too was for a year only. I have a YouTube channel on rare Himalayan yogis I met during my trips to the remote places in the Himalayas, meditation philosophy and spirituality. The channel has approx 26K followers and 4.6M views. I had authored three books in the year 2022. They are on meditation philosophy, my spiritual journey and ashrams in the Himalayas, and third one on Social issues. Topics for discussion can be : 1.
