In today's episode of Black with Sugar podcast, Keziah and Nadia share real paranormal stories. Africa is indeed a continent of mysticism, where witchcraft is even a common practice. Voodoo, animism, shir are among some rituals used to harness spiritual forces for good and evil 👿.
⚠️ This episode is not for the faint-hearted, if you are a sensitive person, please refrain from watching. We would recommend not to watch at night or alone if your prone to nightmares. These are real stories of ghosts, witchcraft and possessions.

Terrifying first Ayahuasca experience! Life changing 5meO DMT (part 1). Black with Sugar podcast 16
In today's episode of Black with Sugar podcast, Nadia reveals in detail her threatening experience trying Ayahuasca for the first time. Although it sounds terrifying, her account of the event is quite delightful. Keziah's reactions is priceless 🤨 ! Her many faces listening to Nadia's dramatic tale clearly betrays her and gives hints of skepticism. Not in the truthfulness of Nadia's story, but rather her interpretations of the event.
Do you share the same skepticism? “Were they just all high on the substance or really having a spiritual experience? Do psychedelics truly connect you with the Divine? An enlightenment, or perhaps a mere moment of a collective delusion?”
Well, you can all be the judge after you watch the full episode and let us know what you think in the comment below.
⚠️ Harmful practices hurting children in Africa. Black with Sugar podcast 15
⚠️ Harmful practices hurting children in Africa.
Once again, in this week's episode, Nadia and Keziah raise the issue of harmful cultural practices in Africa. Preciously protected and carried on by the elders, gatekeepers of culture and oral traditions, these traditional practices affect mostly vulnerable children and broadly abuse and violate their human rights.
From the shocking revelation of “Hyenas“ in Malawi. Which are men paid to rape young girls as part of a rite of passage, to the “ironing“ of the breasts of young school girls in Cameroon to keep them from unwanted sexual advances… The “witch children” of Nigeria abandoned and rejected under the pretense of being evil. Or the “curse twins” in the Antambahoaka tribe of Madagascar, rejected at birth, victims of a tradition that no one fully grasps.
💔 It’s a heartbreaking podcast, difficult to watch with a subject that will appall you. But it is a necessary conversation and an outrageous reality the African continent and community must face and tackle. 👉🏿 Only the African community truly hold the keys for cultural, social and political change by prioritizing and protecting its youth 🚸.

🔥This week the girls debate over the Astroworld tragedy and aren’t shy to defend their points of view with special guest Elliot Osagie. True story! The horror of female genital mutilation, survivor tells-all! Black with Sugar Podcast 11
➡️In this week's episode of Black with Sugar podcast, → Keziah and Nadia address a very difficult subject, Female Genital Mutilation, also called genital cutting, female circumcision, Sunatan or Khatna… FGM is the removal of the external female genitalia, it is a cultural tradition that affects millions of women worldwide.
→They interview Fati, an FGM survivor who underwent female mutilation at a very young age. She recounts the trauma of her experience which still haunts her today in her adult life. Through the interview we learn more about this tradition, the physical and psychological wounds that it left behind. The reason why it is practiced but also the possibility to undergo reconstructive surgery to reverse it.
Although the subject of this week's podcast is intense. It’s with a lot of compassion and sometimes humor that the girls approach the subject and end it on a beautiful note, with Fati also known as @faticomedienne, performing her “poetry slam” recounting her traumatic experience.

The excess of the #metoo movement and harassment claims.Has it gone too far? Episode # 10
To watch the video version of this podcast click on the link below:
This week's episode is spicy 😝 !!! Keziah and Nadia tackle an uncomfortable conversation about the #metoo movement and its excesses. They reflect on the harassment and sexual assault claims made against prominent journalists, politicians and men in general.
Without undermining the reality or the gravity of sexual assault and sexual harassment they denounce the vilification of men, the "witch hunt" and "cancel culture" sparked by the movement.
They stress that the movement has led to campaigns of public accusations sometimes lacking serious evidence which have portrayed innocent people as sex offenders without giving them a chance to defend themselves. The American justice system is based on the premise of innocent until proven guilty.
⁉️Is the #metoo movement going too far? Will it affect our interactions with the opposite sex 🚻 ? Are we changing the dynamics of the relationship between men and women forever?
👉🏼 A lot of questions that Nadia and Keziah address giving their unbridled opinions without shying away. A must watch!!!

Breaking down the Lyrics “Buss it”🤪 What the hell is this song is about? Episode # 9
↪️ In Episode 9, Nadia and Keziah are having fun. Watch them trying to decipher the lyrics of Erica Banks’s song “Buss it” featuring Travis Scott. The song became popular on Instagram and TikTok through the success of the “Buss it” challenge. Hence made our two hosts curious about the meaning of the song, but please don’t rely on their interpretation of the lyrics 🤦🏾♀️ !! Although this episode was not meant to be comical 🤣 it is extremely hilarious to watch them trying to make sense of it without being familiar with the “slang” it uses.
↪️ Their approach is totally genuine and a true moment of delight for the audience. Watch it!! And don’t forget to tell us how you would interpret these lyrics!! 💬 Did you enjoy today's video?
