LET'S TALK ABOUT ENERGY!! Eris asks, "How do I attract a new relationship?"
EVERYTHING IS ENERGY ~ All energy is vibrating at a frequency. WE ARE ALWAYS MANIFESTING. The challenge is most people manifest by default of what's going on in their minds. Unaware of how we contribute to the experiences we're having from day to day.
Learning to do the 'Shadow Work' that allows us to shine light on those things we usually attempt to keep from everyone else allows us to clear up our energetic frequency and begin to attract from a space of healing rather than from unhealed hurts and trauma from the past.
My personal belief is that is the journey of all of us.
The world would be a more peaceful place if we each spent more time healing our hurts than judging one another.

5 Minute Practice of Appreciation
Creating a habit of meditation has proven to be one of the most affective ways of reducing anxiety and stress. It has been scientifically proven to have countless benefits for our overall well-being.
Everything is energy. Whatever energy you are carrying within you is going to attract similar energy. If you are angry, hurting, frustrated, etc., you will continue to attract things in that same energy. Appreciation also carries an energy. It is vital that we learn to be consciously aware of the energy we carry. How do we do this?
MEDITATION -- is the practice of bringing your full attention into the eternal now. That is the only time we have any power to create. When we are feeling angry, sad, disappointed, frustrated, etc ... we are essentially living in the past. The practice of directing your attention into this moment develops your ability to CONSCIOUSLY CREATE your life. We're always creating, but most of us create by default. Whatever you are accustomed to feeling, is what your mind and body consistently create. How often to you practice being at peace?
The practice of bringing your attention into the present moment, conditions you to begin noticing patterns in your behavior and thought process.
