Tom and Ryan return from vacation and welcome Nick Cairney onto the show to discuss what parenthood means to him. They also debut their newest segment "Missed Connections" where they share their favorite missed connection from Craigslist and discuss. You won't want to miss this hilarious and thoughtful episode.
