Podcasters understand that the World Podcast Network will never add a podcast without the podcaster’s consent. Consent is currently through the World Podcast Network signup form only as of this writing. Any podcast on the World Podcast Network was added only by the podcaster him/herself. Upon signing up, podcasters agree to allow the World Podcast Network to publish all episodes from the podcast’s RSS feed entered solely by the podcaster on the signup form or if added through an approved 3rd-party website. Podcasts can be added for free or upgraded to the Professional level. For Free podcasts, the
World Podcast Network reserves the right to add any content it deems necessary. Free podcasts agree to allow any type of content on their profile pages including, but not limited to, other podcasts, paid advertisements, special banners, blog posts, social media sharing widgets, guests from the World Podcast Network guest exchange, videos and any other content preferred by the World Podcast Network team. Professional-level podcasts must still follow the content policies. Professional-level podcasts also agree to allow the
World Podcast Network to put any content deemed necessary including but not limited to, other podcasts, paid advertisements, special banners, guests from the World Podcast Network guest exchange, videos and any other content preferred by the World Podcast Network team. Furthermore, the episodes of the Professional-level podcasts may be distributed anywhere on the World Podcast Network including its developer APIs and RSS feeds. Podcasters do not own this website and have no ownership in the
World Podcast Network. The World Podcast Network reserves the right to reject any podcast registration if the World Podcast Network team feels that the content from the podcast violates the policies of the Network. Furthermore, the World Podcast Network reserves the right to discontinue any podcast whether free, Professional-level, or any other level if it feels that it violates the content policies of the World Podcast Network which include hate, destruction and any negative content. Podcast Categories
Podcast categories may be selected initially by the podcaster. The World Podcast Network reserves the sole right to modify categories as deemed necessary. This may result in podcasts being removed from specific categories and added to different ones. Due to the limited category count for free podcasts, the World Podcast Network reserves the right to completely change the categories as deemed necessary.
Cancelling / Discontunuing Your Podcast From the World Podcast Network
Podcasts may request to have their podcasts removed at anytime simply by sending a request via the World Podcast Network’s contact form. The World Podcast Network has 7 to 10 business days to remove the podcast from its index, directories, virtual stock exchange, partner sites and anywhere the World Podcast Network content displays internally on the website or mobile app or externally on partner websites and applications. Professional-level podcasts will be removed without refund and the podcast will be removed at the end of the billing cycle. The World Podcast Network also reserves the right to cancel any podcast from its directory with or without notice and without advanced warning if the podcast violates the World Podcast Network’s policies. Professional-level podcasts will be removed without refund and the podcast will be removed at the end of the billing cycle.
For Non-Podcasters
Non-podcasters may join the
World Podcast Network and participate in its social media marketing campaigns, podcast commenting, the Podcast Virtual Stock Market, the social network system of the World Podcast Network and any other feature available to non-podcasters. Non-podcasters do not own any part of the World Podcast Network and are simply members. Privacy Policy
The Podcast Network respects your privacy and permits you to control the treatment of your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices. Subject to this terms and conditions; Users should note that:
- This site includes the use of Digital services and we reserve the right to order podcasts and their episodes in any way we determine and decide.
- We reserve the right to remove podcast episodes that violate our allow content including destruction, bad religion, sexual, racism, or anything related.
- We do not own the rights to podcasts and their episodes.
- We reserve the right to host podcasts as needed.
- These terms and conditions can change in as little as 7 days.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time and before a renewal date for month, semi-month, and yearly subscription plans including our podcast commercial exchange, guest exchange, sponsored podcasts and monthly/yearly subscriptions.
Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange
These terms are for the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange and any affiliate websites including PodcastVirtualStockExchange.com and PodcastVirtualStockMarket.com – Podcasts on the Professional-level of the World Podcast Network are welcome to participate. Free podcasts understand that they may not at the time of this writing be allowed to participate in the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange. Podcasts may elect to be removed from the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange by logging into the My Podcast portal and going to Podcast Info and unchecking the checkbox “Turn On Virtual Stock”. Podcasters also agree to accept any price for their virtual stock and that the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange team does not manually adjust prices or changes. Also, podcasters accepts the stock symbol associates with their podcast and cannot change it unless requested in writing. The currency of the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange is currently called PVM and stands for podcast virtual money. There is no real currency from any country allowed to be used on the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange. Also, no real-world stocks will be included on the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange at this time. The World Podcast Network reserves the right to remove any stock from the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange for any reason, with or without warning or notice, if the podcast violates the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange policies or operation. Violations include cheating or gaming the system. Only one email address and username from each stock market user may register. Multiple email addresses from the same user is a violation of the terms and indicates cheating and gamification, so those will be removed. The World Podcast Network reserves the right to remove any user (non-podcaster) from the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange if it detects cheating and/or gaming the system, or for any other reason it deems necessary for the safety and operation of both the World Podcast Network and Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange. All traders accept the display name, which is a way of safely identifying the trader to the podcast virtual stock. Display names may appear in trader lists or investor list for each virtual stock or on general trader lists. Display names that violate fair language policies will be automatically modified by the Podcast Virtual Stock Exchange team. The team reserves the right to change display names as it sees fit and may change it if the display name indicates swear words, religion, hate, or anything negative.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity without the permission of the network. You acknowledge that The Podcast Network is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site as well as remove the podcast. User Communication
The Podcast Network is pleased to hear from users and welcomes your comments regarding our services. You alone are responsible for any communication, message, and/or other content that you post, upload, submit, transmit or share with The Podcast Network on this website, by electronic mail or otherwise, including but not limited to, any data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like (collectively “User Communications”). All information for a podcast is solely on your RSS feed. By transmitting or posting any User Communications, you represent and warrant that such User Communications are your own original work and will not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or any other applicable laws. The Podcast Network does not endorse or sponsor any such User Communications submitted by you or other users of this website. The Podcast Network reserves the right to terminate your registration and/or deny you access if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you are violating these Terms of Use, or applicable law, or that your conduct is harmful to us, our interests or the interests of another user, a third-party provider, merchant, sponsor, licensor, or service provider. Your RSS feed is the sole tool that updates the information on your podcast. It submits all podcast information including, but not limited to, episode name, episode enclosure, episode description. If your RSS feed changes for any reason, you understand that new episodes may not show until the Network is made aware of your new RSS feed. The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by The Podcast Network, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy. Modification of Terms

No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by the podcast network shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the podcast network. Severability
If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated. Assignment
These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. These Terms and Conditions are not assignable, delegable, sublicenseable, or otherwise transferable by you. Any transfer, assignment, delegation, or sublicense by you is invalid. Applicable Laws
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
