Since the World’s Been Turning is a crash-course in 20th century Cold War history, told each week through one of the 117 lyrics of Billy Joel’s song, We Didn’t Start the Fire. The events, people and inventions referenced occur from the 1950s-1980. Well known historical figures like Marilyn Monroe or Josef Stalin, events like the Korean war and the Suez canal crisis. In most episodes were joined by special guests to give their intake on the history.
